At Henry Schein Veterinary Solutions, we recognize the importance of employee community involvement, and we are committed to strengthening the communities in which our employees live and work. Each year, we take part in programs that provide assistance and foster growth and well-being to those in need within our communities.
During August, our three Henry Schein Veterinary Solutions offices took part in the Henry Schein Back-to-School Backpack Program, which donates hundreds of backpacks filled with school supplies to local children for the upcoming school year.
Employees from our office in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, visited the children at the Boys and Girls Club of Oshkosh to hand out several backpacks stuffed with school supplies. In Piedmont, Missouri, backpacks were distributed to local schools, including South Iron, Clearwater, and Greenville. In our Trevose, Pennsylvania location, employees stopped by St. Francis and St. Vincent Homes for children to donate the new backpacks and school supplies.
Thank you to those employees who took time out of their day to deliver these items to the institutions and organizations in their communities, and to those who helped organize this program.
