Here is some information that you may find useful:
Hardware Recovery and Replacement
If you have purchased hardware through Henry Schein Veterinary Solutions and need to file a claim for replacement, please contact email@example.com for assistance in getting a claim filed quickly. We can also assist you with the estimated value of your current equipment, as well as the cost to replace damaged equipment.
Data Backup and Recovery
If you’re currently using an offsite data backup solution, your data should be safe. If you are using AVImark or ImproMed data backup services and need to obtain the most recent copy of your practice data, please contact our AVImark Data Backup Team at 888-538-8348 or the ImproMed Data Backup Team at 800-925-7171.
Notifying Your Customers
If you are currently using the Rapport client communication service, you can notify all customers of any changes in business hours or business closures through the Rapport mobile app. If you need assistance sending out these notifications, contact your Rapport Account Manager at 855-980-9099.
Additional Checklist Items
- Store all workstations above the counter, elevated to at least three feet.
- Make sure you keep a copy of your insurance information on hand.
