The Support Manager II supervises and assists in the management of employees, activities and systems. Ensures that timely and effective customer care expectations are met and/or exceeded at all times. Works toward and assists in the achievement of individual, team and department goals. Develops objectives and directives of Management team within the Support division to maximize customer satisfaction.
